Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, they cannot be returned or exchanged. All purchases are final. Please take an advantage of our free sample program to test our products first. Payment processing fees will no longer be refunded if your order had to be canceled due to an invalid shipping address.
All international orders with or without tracking service outside of the US are not eligible for refund in case they get lost during transit or returned. Please assess the risk before you decide to place an order. We apologize for the inconvenience.
Order Cancellations
If your order has not shipped yet, you can cancel it for a refund. Please note that your payment processing fees will no longer be refunded when you cancel your order.
Claims of Error
From time to time, errors can happen so if you did not receive the correct product or something ordered was omitted, Contact us immediately. Please describe the issue (a picture might be helpful). No claims of error will be accepted after 4 days of receiving your order.
Delivery Times
Our proposed delivery times are estimates only. Shipping delays can occur, mainly from extreme weather. Please contact us if a significant delay happens and we will help you to resolve the issue.
